Pristine floors

I recently used the services of this company to have my floors cleaned and polished. I must say, the overall experience was average. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, making it convenient to book an appointment. However, the actual service was not outstanding. The technicians arrived on time and were professional in their approach, but the quality of the work was not exceptional. The floors did look cleaner, but I noticed some areas where the polish was uneven. Moreover, the pricing was on the higher side compared to other similar services in the market. The customer service was satisfactory, with prompt responses to my queries. Overall, I would rate this company as average, as there is room for improvement in terms of service quality and pricing competitiveness.
