Dave Burrows and his team have looked after our communication requirements for the past 12 years and we truly appreciate the knowledge and professional service provided by this company. I know telecommunications is getting tough to make a buck in but dishonesty is not going to get you anywhere!
An absolute nightmare to deal with. In the beginning everything seemed fine, nice, helpful and friendly. Little did I know months later they would claim that the company I represent owed 4 times their quote for services rendered. In 5 months, no phone calls, no invoices in the mail, just a demand for an inflated price over email! What comes then? bullying, threats, rudeness, collections.
Why take a good transaction and repeat customer and throw it all away for a couple of bucks?

Very professional individuals and fast reliable service. Installed a new phone system and also took care of our change to a new service provider. On hand with answers to our questions and able to assist at short notice.

I have been dealing with Prime Communications for 10 years, and have always found their service to be excellent. We recently installed a new phone system, and the product is fantastic, the technician was great, and the customer service was terrific ! I would highly recommend them.

The phones are working great, I quite like them I think they're perfect for our branch.
