I went to deliver the car, that there were three risks speaking it is 0km, and I went through a branch that I did not even consider as a risk.
I read the ratings before, to hire.Therefore we have to not hire to serve as a lesson, in that store no more never enter, total neglect with the customer prefer to lose .do not lose anything.
But I have faith in God the world of many turns.

I rented a car at different rental companies and this was the most bureaucratic. They require the customer to sign BLANK paper and be responsible for a fine. Finally, old car, year 2014, with more than 40 thousand km. Use only if you have no alternative.

I fully agree with Rodrigo's assessment. They deserved no stars. Total scorn with customer and try to take advantage over customer. They did not contact us to get the car after they had received the insurance company's authorization, it took 4 days and a lot of stress to get the car. On return, they omit information that is in the contract to win on top.

Bad experience. Customer service too bad. Bad feedback. They made me lose the day. Ridiculous lease rules, from the stone age. I never go back and I do not recommend it.
