The team at Pretty Sweet Bakeshop is fantastic! We had donuts at our wedding and we wanted to ensure that they were given in a COVID friendly way. Pretty Sweet went above and beyond making sure the donuts were individually wrapped and labeled so everyone got the specific kind of donut they requested and that no one touched theirs. Vicki was easy to talk to and replied to emails in a prompt manner. She answered all our questions and was sure to double/triple check everything to ensure it was done correctly. We can t thank Pretty Sweet enough for adding some extra sweetness to our special day! We highly recommend Pretty Sweet for all your baking needs.
The snacks here were so unique and amazing! The location is hard to find but well worth the effort, as the treats are just delicious. The staff seemed bored or distracted, but they were not rude at all, just maybe having a tired or off day. We will definitely be back!

Amazing!! Vicki has really mastered the art of simplicity and elegance, and it shows with every item on her menu. I've grown an addiction to her doughnuts, they are a must have on any given day!
Just recently order a cake, cookies, cupcakes, doughnuts and macarons for my sisters baby shower. They were able to accommodate last minute additions to our order and everything was amazing! Not only so beautiful but so delicious! Highly recommend!!

I frequently order from Pretty Sweet for many Different occasions. Every time I have ordered it has been nothing but a pleasant experience. Not only are their cakes and other menu items the best I have ever tasted, but the service provided is accommodating and efficient. The detail put into all their work is something that will keep me going back again and again! I highly recommend a trip to their shop to check out their assortment of goodies. It will defiantly become a new obsession!
Maybe because I have sweet tooth that I like this place so much or is it there amazing bakery goodies. From cakes to cookie and all the little magic they have here makes it one of my favourite sweet spot. My sweet tooth is thanking me so much when I test myself. I ll be back again and again and again.
Absolutely love this bakery. I picked up some fondant covered cookies to give away and everyone raved about them. Not only are they delicious with the perfect ratio of cookie to fondant, but they're also a great treat for the eyes. Watercolour and sprinkles made them stunning works of art. 10/10, and I tell everyone to check them out.

OMG ! BEST BAKERY EVER! This cute little bake shop legitimately has the best cookie sandwiches and donuts I've ever had. The vibe in the store is so fresh, vibrant and clean. They sell local goods to support their fellow community and I just love everything about them. Also try the odds and ends boxes they are to die for. I can't wait to get more snacks from them when the world is normal!
Pretty Sweet YYC just did our donut wall and dessert table at our wedding and everything was so amazing! Between the delicious cake, squares, cookies and of course donuts, the guests couldn't choose a favorite! Do not hesitate to order from here!!!
Off the beaten path, open limited hours, small quantities available for sale. It's worth the trouble. No matter what you get it will be delicious. The sandwiches cookies migth put you into a sugar coma but it will be worth it for sure.
I got my wedding cake from here- Vicky was fantastic! The bakery was very efficient with communicating with us to plan what flavors and what we'd like the cake to look like. It tasted delicious! We also needed to pack the cake very well and have it ready at 10 am the day before and she had it all ready to go! Worked out seamlessly
Wasn't so sure about this place when my Mrs told me about it. The staff are nice, the environment is really clean, but I'm not one to try new baked goods without a couple snippy jokes. Well unfortunately she had the last laugh. He birthday cake came from here and WOW was it ever delicious. When my birthday comes around I know where I'm going to request my cake be from.

Vicki was so wonderful to work with while planning our dessert table for our wedding. She is so imaginative and bakes the most delicious treats that really impressed our guests. Her baby size donuts were incredible and we're devoured in mere moments (raspberry rose, to die for!) Her macarons are sensational and her sugar cookies are amazing. We did personalized sugar cookies for our guest favours and Vicki went above and beyond to find us a personalized stamp of our wedding "logo" that we had on our invitations. The cake we order was absolutely incredible. It was a bittersweet moment cutting into it as the Wreath of baby donuts, macarons, meringues, flowers, etc. were so complimentary to our winter wedding. Thank you Vicki for providing us the sweetest treats! We highly recommend the Pretty Sweet Bakeshop to anyone looking to satisfy their sweet tooth in an extravagant, affordable way!
I ordered special stampede/bridal shower cookies and they were soooo cute! Also a lot cheaper than other places! (I looked around) . Very friendly and very delicious! Will definitely come back! Just wish they had gluten free cakes!

A little late in writing this review, but better late than never. I had ordered some minion cookies for my son's third birthday and was so happy with how they turned out. They were a hit with both the adults and children. They looked just how they did in the pictures I had sent. The owner was easy to communicate with thru email and I would 100% recommend and use again for any future events I might have.
My partner ordered me the loveliest and most delicious cake from this place for my 30th birthday. It was elegant, thoughtful, and creative. The drip icing was gold, there were beautiful beige and pink flowers, pink macaroons, and a lovely 'Happy Birthday' sign. Very classy. The buttercream frosting was delicious and we were impressed with how great the oreo/birthday cake flavour combination tasted. I could tell this place puts in a lot of effort into their details. The cake made by birthday extra special and the gold touches complemented all the champagne we drank that night!
I ve enjoyed some treats from Pretty Sweet Bakery a couple of times now. Delicious! Try the white chocolate Oreos... I m not even a white chocolate fan and they are really yummy! The packaging is quite pretty too!
Is there anything better? I mean really. Vicki and her team absolutely KILL any dessert vision, especially when it comes to weddings. I personally wasn t NEEDING a wedding cake. I liked the idea of fancy donuts scattered on a bar so my guests could pick what they wanted. The only thing I didn t do was triple my order. I swear those donuts were gone in 60 seconds. It was actually so wild hahaha. I chose marble birthday cake and white with gold champagne donuts (OBVIOUSLY).
Pretty Sweet did the cupcakes and cake for our daughters wedding last weekend, and what they provided exceeded my expectations. The carrot, and choc mint and raspberry cupcakes were moist, and flavorful with a delicious amount of icing. The small cake they ordered for the cake cutting was elegant and simply decorated and absolutely scrumptious. We used Pretty Sweet for our donuts for our wedding on Saturday September 7, 2019. They were absolutely amazing and beyond fresh! They were a huge hit with our guests and all 9 dozen of them flew off of the table! They made the ordering process so easy and were beyond fabulous to work with!

Vicki made us a 2-tier wedding cake that was absolutely gorgeous and so delicious! We received tons of compliments on the cake; everyone that attended really enjoyed it. The whole process from ordering to delivery was seamless making it by far the easiest part of wedding planning :) I've also had other treats from Vicki on numerous occasions and they're all so tasty, you can't go wrong no matter what you pick!

After trying many cake samples for our wedding cake, we decided on pretty sweet bakery; despite their name they were the least sweetest cake samples we ate. Not being a huge fan of sweets, it was perfect; we decided on lemon cake with cream cheese frosting. Vicki was awesome to work with and honestly, I think my cake was the most gorgeous thing ever (obviously I m biased). She did flower print on the bottom, and ombre for the top layer. We did get a bigger cake then we suspected but we did have another reception a couple days later which it was all eaten up. We had so many complements that not many people like sweets but the cake was moist and delicious. Highly recommend working with this amazing bakeshop!!!

Excellent pastries! I found them through Instagram and ordered some cupcakes which were great! Unfortunately if you want something custom, they are a bit backed up so make sure to allow plenty of time before your order.
Vicki made our wedding cake and our guests and us could not stop raving about it! She set up a little tasting at the shop to help us narrow down options and gave us lots of ideas. She was able to match my vision exactly, and the fact she was able to deliver took a big weight off our shoulders!

Recently ordered a custom birthday cake from them and it had to be by far the best tasting and looking cake ever made. Always quick to respond when ordering and very accommodating.

I ordered a Chocolatey Goodness cake for my husband's birthday and it was a hit! I added the extra "toppings" of macarons and mini doughnuts which were a beautiful addition to an already delicious cake. The chocolate cake part was incredibly moist and sweet (but not too sweet) and the chocolate icing was divine! My only request is to have more pictures of their cake offerings on their website. I'll definitely come back here to desserts!
Horrible experience - WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER - Vicki sounded very unhelpful to all my questions and when i went into the store she sounded negative to any questions that i asked. She didn't want to help at all. Through emails it took her 3 days to reply back - after responding back to my email she stated that she could not accommodate my small dozen donuts request for which i gave 1 weeks in advance of notice, so frustrated and such a shame that she sounded like she wanted me out the door and made the whole experience feel as if i was wasting her time.
I cannot get enough of this place honestly. I've never had a single bad treat from this ship and they kill it everytime they do holiday themed. It's a favorite around my office too!

Edited from 4 to 5 stars. Have been a few more times and the staff have always been nice and the selection changes each week. So while each day has limited options, those options constantly change and that more than makes up for it. Everything has always been delicious. I highly recommend.
I'm not a doughnut person... that is, til I had Pretty Sweet! If you have a sweet tooth, their doughnuts are sweet & pretty. I also really like how sweet their squares and cookies taste! If only they had longer hours so I could make it there before closing time on the way back home to Edmonton

We took the top tier home hoping for it to last until our first year anniversary but it didn't! Too tasty not to eat. Thank you Pretty Sweet!
Ordering was easy and I expected a good high end donut, but I've never eaten donuts this good before. The macarons too were so incredible. I've found my favourite bakery.
We got our wedding cakes from Pretty Sweet and they were absolutely amazing. We got a half sheet cake to feed the crowd and a small round dairy-free cake that was decorated. The decoration was gorgeous and fit our aesthetic perfectly, and both cakes were crowd-pleasers. We got so many compliments! Working with Vicki was stress-free and everything went so smoothly, thanks again for the amazing cakes!
Ordered the chocolate salted caramel cake for a birthday....icing was a bit on the oversweet side, and the cake itself was somewhat dry for a dense cake...but the flavour and presentation was fantastic. Would likely be back but to try the donuts instead! Lovely shop decor.
