Preston Trucking

As a longtime user of this company's services, I have had mixed experiences. The delivery times are usually on target, but the customer service can be hit or miss. There have been a few instances where the staff went above and beyond to help, which is greatly appreciated. However, there have also been times when I encountered unprofessional behavior from the customer service representatives. 🤷‍♂️ The pricing is competitive, but I wish there were more transparency in the billing process. Overall, my experience with this company has been average. I hope they prioritize improving their customer service to make the experience consistently positive for all customers.
