I recently used the services of this valet company for an event and I must say that it was an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and had all the necessary information. Booking was hassle-free, and the staff was polite and professional. However, I wasn't overly impressed with the actual valet service. The valet attendant seemed a bit overwhelmed and it took longer than expected for my car to be parked and retrieved. Additionally, there were a few scratches on my car that weren't there before. It wasn't a major issue, but still disappointing. Overall, the service was satisfactory, but there is certainly room for improvement. I would recommend this company for their convenience and fair prices, but make sure to double-check your vehicle before leaving their care.
