I have read some negative things online which made me skeptical but knowing PremiumPress offer a money back guarantee made me feel at ease so i gave it a shot.

I must say things were a lot better than i expected, the first product i bought didn't work well for me as my client changed his mind so i asked for a refund and it was processed quickly.

I purchased another theme a few days later for a different client and so far everything has been great.

There is a learning curve at the beginning but that's to be expected but after watching their video tutorials and checking with the forum i have answers to just about everything i needed.

Overall a great experience, i will be purchasing again.

I hired a few developers to work on a normal WordPress theme but it cost me an arm and a leg! Working with this theme was much easier and faster. You can easily change the design as you prefer, save lots of time to communicate on color, small changes, etc. Thanks guys.

They are always there to give support or via suport forum. This is better than buying anything from envato because you never know if the guy on the other end in India is there or not to answer your help.

Really disappointed with this theme. Purchased the Dating theme and have found it to be very poorly coded, not user friendly and overall has cost me more in development time ,cost and headaches than just building it from scratch.

Based on how this is put together, I'd avoid these guys personally. The theme is overpriced for what it delivers and frankly isn't worth the investment in my opinion.

If i could get a refund, I would.

Over the past two weeks we have worked with a directory plugin from a highly reputed developer to develop a directory sub-site. After customizing one function after another after another, we concluded that we were trying to turn the proverbial pig s ear into a silk purse .

any special theme for dating site you should go for 400$ packge
other thing customer service its not that good for me i see some Arrogance in the way they deal with, and I have sent them many messages, and they only answered one its your call in they end thank you
