Premier Diagnostic Imaging

I had my knee scanned here after an injury and it was the best imaging experience I have had. Everyone was so nice and they made me feel very comfortable. Being able to listen to music that I liked while having the scan done was a nice touch. Dr. Means then went through the images with me and explained the findings very clearly. Great Place!

I needed some images for my orthopedic doctor and learned that Premier Diagnostic imaging would be handling this task. I checked out this business including directions, hours and reviews. I was surprised when I read poor reviews because my experience was far from poor. I was greeted warmly and treated professionally by every member of the team. I did not have an appointment yet my wait time was less than 15 minutes. Overall an excellent experience!

Premier handled my ultra sound in a professional manner, and got the results to my PCP quickly. I highly recommend PDI to anybody needing professional medical imaging.

I have utilized Premier throughout the years and they have always provided great service to myself; as well as, my family. Even Dr. Limbacher and Dr. Means took their time to discuss imagining results with me. Dr. Limbacher even was willing to work with my son's issue with braces and the possibility of the dentist having to remove those if needed for further images. Dr. Means personally spoke with me about my broken leg and showed the images to me. The staff was so helpful with my break and did the x-ray for Fast Pace. I have always had positive experiences with the Cookeville Premier and with Premier locations in the Nashville area.

Computers down, BCBS didn't want to cover xray. Thank God for Roane County Medical Center. Wife has all her mammograms at Roane.

I have been in there 4 or 5 times in the past year and everytime and every person I've encountered has been nothing but nice and professional. It's not the "nice because they have to be", You can tell everyone is happy to be there.

Very friendly and understanding. The bigger Mri machine made a huge difference for comfort and claustrophobia. Overall a decent experience for a typically uncomfortable test.

Premier has the best equipment and lowest prices in the area. Most of the staff has worked there together for many years and they all provide very good customer service. Their exams are rather quick and convenient and they are all read by local radiologists on site. I've had MRI scans and CT scans done here. The atmosphere is much more inviting than going to a hospital. At Premier, there are assistants to stay with you throughout the process, and everyone is eager to answer your questions and make sure that you are comfortable every step of the way. They also have a Women's Center, which is an ideal place for women over 40 to pop in for their annual mammograms.

BEWARE they are scamming for Insurance and Cash. I m sure otherwise I would not have had to come back for a 2nd visit that took another $212 away from my family.
I paid $400 for my mammogram and $212 for the ultrasound.

I was seen Tuesday 11/18/14 for a mammogram at Premier located at 315 N Washington Ave, Cookeville, TN 38501. While at the front desk I asked the lady how long would the procedure take, she told me it normally takes 15 minutes. I also asked how long it would take to get my results, she told me I would have the results before I leave & if sometimes shows up on the mammogram they will want to do an ultrasound.
After my mammogram the technician took the results to the Dr. She came back a few minutes later and told me the Dr. seen something on the scan that looked like a cyst and that he recommended that I get an ultrasound so that he could get more details to find out exactly what it was. Since I was paying in cash I had to schedule the appointment for later that week on a Friday so I would be able to pay for the procedure.
On 11/21/14 After paying the $212 for the ultrasound the technician came to take me back for the Ultrasound while we were walking to the room she asked "why are you having the ultrasound?" I told her Dr. Limbacher stated "he saw a cyst on my mammogram when I was there Tuesday". She then informed me that my mammogram was NORMAL that nothing showed up on the mammogram. At this point I was furious!! Relieved but furious! Knowing that I didn't have to go through the stress they put me through for days was overwhelming. I had been lied to so they could get more money out of me. I stressed for days only to find out that I had been lied to. Before it was all over with I had spoken to the Imaging Director and he just kept trying to give me the run around about why they HAD to do the ultrasound when in fact they did NOT need to do this unnecessary procedure with the mammogram results showed NORMAL. Here are the EXACT findings from Dr. Limbachers report. I obtained the report today before I left.
NO MAMMOGRAPHIC EVIDENCE OF MALIGNANCY IN EITHER BREAST.
THERE ARE NO SUSPICIOUS MASSES, CLUSTERS OF MICROCALCIFICATIONS, SKIN THICKENING OR ADENOPATHY

As an employee and as a patient I can say that Premier Diagnostic Imaging is the most professional and caring outpatient facility I've had an experience with and as an employee they show GREAT care for their employees with flexible hours when needed and all employees show GREAT teamwork
