I got a good feeling from my initial consultation with Jordan, however, two months later I have not received a single phone call or email from anyone at Preference, not a single job referral or bit of communication.
After a few weeks, I took it upon myself to call Preference and let Jordan know what I've been doing on this end and the response I got was the equivalent of "Good for you. Keep at it."
In a time when the job market is unusually tough, organizations that bill themselves as "Employment Solutions" need to step up to the plate and do it better than the other guys. This has been very disappointing.

Very professional they value the people they help I ve been with preference for 10+ years off and on and the thing that gets me the most is that I never worked with everyone but everyone makes sure they know your name coming In announced or unannounced that may not move you like it does to me but besides that you show up for them they will show out for you always put you in a good environment and always capitalize on what you want as a career

Set up a time to sit down with Jordan he took time to get to know me and what I was looking for. We had a great conversation and he had a few different options for me, found a company that really jived with my values as a person and could give me what I was looking for. Long story short I applied, interviewed, and landed the job, I am about 2 months into my new position and really enjoying it. I have used a few other employment placement services here in Fargo but my interaction with Preference stands out, not just because they helped me land a wonderful job.
