Precision Spinal Care

My experience with Precision Spinal Care has been great. My back has improved remarkably. The doctors and staff are very kind and helpful, the environment is relaxing, clean and modern, and the latest technology is evident. Thumbs up!

Everyone there is so kind, understanding and helpful! They know what there doing really well and help everyone that walks through the door. I always feel so much better after getting adjusted

I have spent the last 12 years suffering from back and hip pain. I have gone to several doctors and they only want to give me drugs, injections or other procedures for my pain. None of them worked. After one week with Dr. Therriault, I started to feel better. I have now been with her for over a month and my pain is subsiding. I had never been to a chiropractor and no doctor even suggested it, but it is the only thing that has worked for me. Also, the staff are so nice. You feel comfortable right away. Finally, the cost is very reasonable. I would give Dr. Therriault 10 stars if I could.

I can t say enough good things about this place! My hips were in so much pain for years and after going here, following the routine with them, I feel so much better. We moved recently and I truly miss getting adjusted here. They are the best in the area and are super friendly too!

Having experienced a traumatic hiking accident and being in recovery for over one year, I can absolutely recommend Precision Spinal Care in every aspect of the services they provide.
The Mayo massage sessions before each adjustment help to facilitate faster healing and aid the effectiveness of each adjustment. I have seen tremendous results from this method and besides that, the massages feel wonderful!! Each of the massage therapist staff and everyone who works there are very attentive, courteous and professional. The office is beautiful and is a very serene and healing environment.
Dr. Terriault and Dr. Benson are highly trained, thorough in their examinations and professionally assess treatment plans. I've been going to Precision Spinal Care for several years now and have never been disappointed...

Everything about this office and staff is remarkable. Dr. Theriot, Dr. Dediot and the entire team at Precision Spinal Care are warm, welcoming, and incredibly skilled at what they do. They re passionate, professional and compassionate. Each of the massage therapists have their own areas of expertise and if you rotate between them all, you WILL get the care and healing your body needs. I can t recoomend this office enough. I came here because of a car accident but that accident was a total complete blessing. They are more than just doctors, they ve become friends!

I am new to the area and was looking for a chiropractor and found Precision Spinal Care and I m so glad that I did! The staff is friendly, the doctor is respectful, and treatment is very effective in helping my neck and back pain. I especially like that they have it several different methods of gently realigning my spine. I highly recommend Precision Spinal care!

My visits are with Dr. Therriault and I have been going to her for 2 years. I had knee surgery 9 years ago for a torn meniscus and I always had a stiffness and pain that would flare up quite often. When I read her article in the newspaper when I
first moved here I decided to make an appointment. She was kind and caring and spent the time to listen to my concerns and has relieved my knee pain. Now I go in as needed and I am able to enjoy hikes again.

A very nice experience. The staff is beyond nice and the chiropractors are in-depth and effective. They are affordable by all means and I would recommend this establishment to everyone.

Great staff, great doctors and very efficient. I never wait too long and the schedulers always accommodate my busy schedule. Have had back issues for years and Dr. Benson has helped so much. Been coming for a year or so now and will continue to do so.

My pain in my back and neck have gone from being prohibitive to my daily life to being managed and I am able to be active on a normal level again. I am glad that I was referred to Precision Spinal Care!!

1.5.2018 Update:
Still well worth my time. My pain levels are much much more manageable than they were before I started receiving chiropractic care. And the friendly atmosphere of all the staff is a big plus to my day when I come in!

Kyrstin was very strong and got the knots out of my neck, I felt completely out and it hurt to turn my head and after my massage and it is almost 100% better!

My wife and I have been extremely pleased with our experience at Precision Spinal Care. Not only are Drs. Brian and Joanne("Dr. T") Therriault effective and compassionate healers, but their office staff has always been friendly, efficient and most welcoming.

Precision Spinal Care is a great place especially if you have any pain that needs Chiropractic help. Their Staff and Doctors are wonderful. I go to Dr Kathleen Dedio. Kayla and Denisa always greet me with a smile plus are very helpful. I m grateful a friend shared their information with me.

This is a wonderful office from staff to doctors! What sets them apart is their willingness to listen, engage with your other doctors and its professional atmosphere. Dr T goes above and beyond, never seems offended by you attempting to find what works best for you. (Like trying other doctors methods) You really feel that she's on your side in your healing process! She'll look at other xrays and try to get to a solution in your healing journey. If something isn't working, she explore other options, even recommending other doctors in office
All the doctors really seem to genuinely care about their patients. Each approaches adjustment in slightly different ways. Often you have to find the right doctor patient relationship, but it almost seems possible that they could help anyone, because they try and want to. My only complaint, is the hours, which is typical of most chiropractors. I wish they were open mon - fri. I hope they'll get enough new business to encourage that!

Dr Therriault and the staff at Precision Spinal Care are wonderful. They are so friendly and accommodating. After a few visits I began to see results. With continued care my back pain is almost non-existent.

I came in several months ago with severe back spasms and neck pain . They have helped me so much and now I only need to be seen every two weeks! Must make an appointment they are Amazing!

I tried a different chiro in the area and after a month had little to no relief for my pain. After TWO adjustments by Dr. Benson at Precision, I felt SO MUCH relief from the tension and pain I had been in. Here I am a month later, back in the gym because my pain is all but gone. The program they offer has prices you cannot beat. Precision Spinal saved me!

We all know there is no such thing as instant gratification especially when it comes to healing. It has been several weeks of treatment, but I am 95% better. If it were not for Dr. Therriault I would still be in EXCRUCIATING pain. Dr Dedio is wonderful also. Great Staff & Facility as well. Thank you all for caring!!!

Two years ago I injured my back and couldn't move. Laying in the recliner I started going through the phone book, hoping to find a chiropractor who could see me that day (FRIDAY 4-6PM). Everyone was either gone or booked for the rest of the day. Except for Precision Spinal. At first I was told they didn't have any openings. When I explained about the unbearable pain (which I did to everyone I called) I was put on hold for a brief minute. When the receptionist returned she told me to come in right away and I would be seen. I had no idea what their regular hours of operation were when we jumped/eased into the car and took off. By the time we got there it was going on 7pm. I don't think we left until going on 8pm. NO MANIPULATIONS OF MY SPINE WERE DONE AT THAT TIME.
X-Rays were taken, I was given instructions to ice my back, and rest. We purchased an ice pack there (a whopping four bucks). By Monday, I was 50% better and able to walk. The x-rays were shown to me and we discussed options and treatment. I've been going there ever since.. I have chronic back problems and wouldn't even consider going anywhere else. The staff is pleasant, friendly and competent. All the Doctors working there are quality. So thorough in their questions and adjustments. Always walk out of there feeling 2 inches taller. Pricing is reasonable. I've recommended Precision to several of my friends and am pleased to know they are current patients there also. Only open M, W, F, so plan accordingly.

I was anxiously searching fir someone to help me find pain management for my husband who has many fractures in his spine. I was happy and relieved the day I took him in to this office. They were awesome about getting him out of the car to getting him an injection into his spine. The doctors were very concerned about the patient and said they would help him get his back fixed. I have a chiropractor that is extremely proficient in her job. She takes the time with each patient to make sure that your adjustment is right. This clinic is NOT one those that run you through as to see how much we can make. They are a clinic that is their for the well being of their patients.

I have never had so much range of motion in my neck, as I have after seeing

This whole office is awesome when I first came in I was in so much pain I couldn't sleep at one point I couldn't walk my regular doctor basically was just throwing pills at me that didn't even touch the problem the doctor is very good and the office staff is awesome and they work with you on appointments within a week or two I was walking and now it's been a month and a half and I'm almost back to normal I'm so thankful for them

Should be 0 stars. I went in when my back was super messed up and painful and only because my normal chiropractor was closed that day. The doctor noted on my X-Rays there were multiple problems but since it was my first visit she was not going to adjust me. Apparently, you are expected to have no adjustment on your first visit, which is a waste of an appointment. When I told her that was the only reason I came in, she gave me a quick adjustment, pushing in my back twice, nothing else, there was no relief and it was not a real chiropractic adjustment. It was an absolute waste of time and money. I was not planning on returning ever. Then the staff tried to push me into setting an appointment on a day I had to work, when I told them I could not come in that day. I left without scheduling an appointment and no intention of ever returning. The next day I received a text confirmation of my appointment on the very day I said I could not come in and when I had not scheduled an appointment at all. Apparently, they thought by scheduling an appointment for me despite my refusal would force me to visit again. I have been to many, many chiropractors and this was by far the worst adjustment and the worst office I have ever been to. I am shocked to see how many good reviews they have. There are much better chiropractors in the Prescott area.

I go here often for the massages and they have been great. Every masseuse I've had listens to my issues and works the pain out of my muscles. Also the prices are better than some other places I've been. Would highly recommend.

I just started care here. So far the staff has been warm, friendly and efficient. The care is for my 11 year old who is struggling with back and neck discomfort and stiffness. My son enjoys going and is already experiencing some relief only after 2 adjustments. We are looking forward to continuing care with Dr. T.

My wife and I have been going to Precision Spinal Care for two years. We could not be more pleased. Everyone is super friendly. Dr. Brian Benson is the best!

This place feels like an assembly line. They assume patients know nothing about the body or spine and then subject patients to marketing videos singing the praises of chiropractic practice. I had a "massage" prior to my treatment and it was just appallingly bad. And my chiropractic session was rushed and mostly ineffective. If you want to feel like a number on a conveyor belt - this is your place.

Sam Croft is a wonderful chiropractor! He explains everything very well, has a lot of expertise and is down to earth. We found out that my husband has slight scoliosis and a pinched disc. We are thankful for Sam's help! Will definitely continue to come here
