Overpaid them for a job that took them 4 weeks to get to. I regret the time lost.

Great employee. Fast service been going to them since 2008.

Rude staff. Arrogant. Took it in with a problem. Paid the @20.00 "diagnostic" fee. Paid a total of $105.00 for a carburetor overhaul and picked it up several days later than promised. When I got it home it still had exactly the same problem. Took it back and they were able to fix it in minutes. Wonder if the $105.00 worth of work was even needed or even done. No old parts were offered or given.

I had issues with big box stores and some of the others local companies, prior to know Precision. They always help me with repairs in a timely manner.If you are willing to pay a little bit extra for good service and quality of work this is your place. Highly recommended!!!!!

The prices were great. The service was good. They are very knowledgeable and fixed my mower quickly.

Went here to get a part... It was on back order for over a month and I had to get my money back, don't go there for fast service, it don't exist.

Very expensive and rude they make you pay alot of money and dont even do what work they are paid for. Took in a tool and paid for lines to be changed. Paid about $115 and none of my line were changed. Guess they didnt think we would look. I would not recomend you take any thing there.

I swear by Precision Outdoor Power in tools they have great bedside manners they know their equipment and they stand behind it.

Precision does a great job on keeping my old 041 Farm Boss circa 1971 running strong. Best advice, buy the good fuel, not the gas station stuff. You got problems with your gas tools, Precision's got answers.

I've had my chain saw sharpened and serviced at Precision for a number of years. Staff are always very knowledgeable, helpful and often service it on the spot. Prices are very fair. I highly recommend them!

We have known the owner for 38 years, mostly in the same location, buying all sorts of Landscape and outdoor power equipment from him. In addition he and his support team have been servicing all our Landscape and outdoor power equipment for our home and our commercial property. Called and asked if they could figure out why my 2 stroke engine was flooding out and he laughed when I told him was it was in and told me he doesn't work on my 2 stroke engines and then referred me to another company cuz he doesnt work on my 2 stroke engine. Doesn't make much sence cuz a stroke is a 2 stroke. Then hung up on me. Guess the review was right about these guys. Salective work.

They were honest. They told me to buy a new string trimmer rather than try to fix it. They probably could have nursed it to get it to work and charged a repair fee, but they did the right thing.

These guys know their stuff and are very out going! Best place to take your outdoor small engines, chain saw sharpening, parts and Service!

Small business owner operator. Had engine wiriring issue. Was in a jam and the staff was amazing. Fixed the problem recommend to everyone who wants pro to do the job right.

Arrogant and sarcastic staff work up front. I couldn't ever get past the attitudes of these smartalecks to allow my equipment to be repaired there. I guess they have enough business already. They're not getting mine.

You can get parts, chains sharpened, and maintenance done. The crew are always pleasant. The store is always clean. The store dog is adorable.

Good for capable knowledgeable help with chainsaw, lawnmower and tree trimming tools.

I've been in the tree business for 7 years and in my experience, this is the best outdoor power company in Tucson. I've been shopping there since at least 2015. They are extremely helpful and answer any questions I have about how to care for the tools I purchase.

I love how I've seen them holding the doors open for elderly customers and helping them to their cars with their purchases. It's heartwarming!

The owner, John, is a very kind and giving family man with a huge heart. He has shown great generosity to the community.

Wanted over $500 dollars to repair pole saw (Stihl) new one only costs $590, took it to Unicoa and they repaired it for $74 dollars and it works perfect

So these guys are terrible. Dropped off my pressure washer because it wouldnt start. Clearly just old fuel and a dirty carb. The guy even said so when i dropped it off. But they wanted a non-refundable $45 "diag fee" anyway. Ok. 5 days after they saud it would be done i called to see where it was. They said "We'll get to it today or tomorrow". Ok. 3 days later i get a voicemail telling me the unit is beyond repair. The carb and the pump are shot. Ok. I pick it up, $45 poorer. It was clear to me they had not touched it. So i warched a 10 minute Youtube video on how to clean the carb. Took me 30 minutes. Washer then started on first pull and works perfectly. The carb and pump are fine. So these guys are either crooks or totally incompetent. Either way, avoid at all costs. The are f'ing idiots.
