Well run property and investments company in Saskatchewan to work with. The people are very professional and knowledgeable regarding property management.

Some good staff at PRI. However, the building maintainence (or lack thereof) leaves much to be desired.

Excellent Property Management and Investment Company. I've lived in one of their many properties for eight years and love it. Very professional and wonderful group of people.

I am very grateful to this company! I made a mistake with my payments and they were very gracious and were honest enough to return money owed! I enjoyed my stay at their property! They also did not scam with paying back my security deposit, which had been my experience with other property owners! Definitely a great company to deal with!

I believe the picture i'm attaching to this review illustrates what type of Landlords PRInvestments is, and their obvious greed/lack of empathy. Over three million Canadians lost their jobs/income overnight and within a few days they mail every tenant DEMANDING money, in full, and on time before the federal/provincial governments had adequate time to provide people with stimulus/emergency money. Meanwhile, the owners of the company have literally been charged with tax evasion and corruption (very white collar crime).

That being said, Jake is a great dude and takes care of the properties and is very accommodating, the only reason for the 2-star review.
