I recently had an experience that left much to be desired. The service was not quite what I anticipated. there seemed to be a lack of communication, which led to confusion about my order. 🥴 The products themselves didn’t match the quality I expected based on what was advertised. It's unfortunate because I really wanted to enjoy my time outside. 🌧️ I hope they can work on their customer service and product consistency in the future.
