They do not allow truck drivers who are here for over 3 hours to use the restrooms. How is it that you rely on truck drivers to sustain every facet of your business, retain them at your facility for exorbitantly long periods of time, and NOT let us use the facilities?? This is inhumane at best and negligent in any case. DO BETTER. WE ARE NOT ANIMALS. Even if I were, at least I would be able to go to the bathroom outside.

Horrible place to load please stay away 9 hours to get loaded they don t care about the driver worst experience be ready to take a 10 hr break
Breaks aren't long enough some people's work load is way more than other's to me its not far i leave there sore every day back be hurting. I barley understand there language communication could be way better im trying to hang in there im not a quitter but if something dont give i have to find something im more comfortable with pay is good but some people got it made up here..

My appointment was at 1130 am I checked in at 10 30 am. It is now 9 30 pm. Still not loaded,no eta on when it will be loaded my hope is any one who checks these ratings before they commit to a load will read the reviews and not. Take any of there work. This place is a perfect example of why shoppers and recievers need to be regulated
They hire me as a packer but i fund myself doing machine operator job whitout traning me

Truck entrance is located at 1350 HWY 161 arrived at 1804 didn't get unloaded until 2050
Been calling for hours to get directions into the plant for a semi...4 hours calling 5 cmere msgs and still no answer. Find someone else to haul your shir since you can t answer the phone
They deserve zero stars! I have sent drivers here multiple times, only once we got loaded in 2h! Usually loading time at this facility is 7-9 hours, they do not care about your appt! I am not sending my trucks to pick up at this location ever again!
