Tommy installed our gas logs back in 2014. Recently I noticed that the flame didn't even reach over the logs so I called Polaris to schedule an appointment. Tommy asked a lot of questions about the problem and the equipment we were using so that he could bring the correct parts. He showed up on time, checked out the system to determine the exact problem, replaced the part, tested the system, reassembled the system and cleaned up after himself. Highly recommend
