A really good place to work. I've been here about a year. They are concerned about the right things and take good care of employees. Office culture is friendly.

They are more concerned with making a quick buck than keeping potentially longterm customers happy. They might just be looking to cash out so they can develop another game. Thus trapping a new customer base and starting the process all over again. I'm giving 2 stars only because the game "war dragons" is fun. But Be warned..DO NOT SPEND A DIME!

When I was a young girl, I had Campus Life on my iPad. This app constantly used limited time events and deliberately played with player emotions to squeeze wad after wad of money from me, a vulnerable, emotionally unstable and hormonal 12 year old. Don t let your daughters download Campus Life. Actually, don t let them download anything from Pocket Gems.

Wish I could give you a zero for the horrible customer support, lack of desire to please your player base which are the people that give you the ability to sign those paychecks and pay those monthly bills.

Never have I seen a company with such disregard for taking care of the customers, because in the non digital world those companies go bankrupt; or get sued. You hide behind a gray area of the law that is still in the process of being written as we speak. I long to see the day where app developers are forced to answer financially when they steal money from the people who use their apps, by not providing support, not providing properly functioning apps, and yet still find every which way to encourage more and more spending.

I love my app without banned. Please let me play my app right now. I want the banned from the Episode platform lifted please.

These people know how to make some great games! I can't wait to see what's next.

Absolute failures at making a bug minimal game. They can't even figure out how to make their games use Android 9.0 emojis let alone keep stuff from crashing.
