When I worked here one of the permanent workers accused me of giving him attitude and when I asked what I had apparently done he then claimed it was something I said, I tried to explain to him that I wasn't giving him attitude and that I do have ADHD, so I am a little impulsive and sometimes people do assume I am being rude when I am not, but he just kept telling me "shut the f_ck up or I will send you home" and wouldn't let me get a word in to explain myself.
Your company is being used to scam
people with promises of $3100. / month to receive and inspect packages on behalf of what appears to be this company. They are calling it PMS ENTERPRISES but links to you. Probably not real names but they were Melissa Parker and Anthony Williams.
Poor service, lot of troubles to go through with their delivery and stock. Rude staff in Credit control. Unacceptable treatment. Taking it further to third party complaints.
While visiting Macclesfield I purchased an 0.5 litre Summit s/s vacuum flask from a local chemist, which unfortunately proved to be defective. As I lived 250 miles from the place of purchase, I could not easily return it for replacement. I contacted PMS (who were the group supplying the item), explained the situation and asked what possible redress I might have. The company promptly contacted me and after supplying an identifying photo of the item to them, sent me a replacement flask by next day courier.
Such excellent customer service is positively exemplary and I'll have no hesitation in recommending this company's products to my wider circle of friends.
How refreshing that PMS values their customers so - it's a certain way to win repeat business.
