Horrible to deal with!

Better use other lenders. I would only reccomend them as an absolutley last resort.

They hire cheap labor and it shows in their performance.

They have absolutley no customer service.

Just watch out.

Your customer services has bee absolutely atrocious. I requested that my HUD case be released a week ago today and your team has failed to do that. I have spent a combined 3 hours on the phone with your "support" team, with no resolve. I am disgusted by the general lack of customer service and overall incompetence of your team to fulfill a simple request within the compliance of the Federal Housing Administration in a reasonable period of time.

We were trying to refinance our house and we started a process with this "mickey mouse" company in January 2015. Our friend who is the owner of this broker told us that because of all our debts they could find only one company to give us the loan. And for our despair they started being so picky that they were asking for documents every freaking month. The beginning of July our friend called us to go to her office (almost 30 miles away) and told us that we would sign that loan on the following week and that we needed to cancel ALL our credit cards because our debt ratio was TOO HIGH. Then we talked with other friends and they told us that they NEVER heard about it before in their lives. So they advised us to look for that company (PMAC) on the internet to check their reviews. Thank God I did that! The reviews were the worst. So we cancelled all the process after paying for subordination fees, appraisal and credit reports. Never again!

I had a very good experience working with PMAC and John Amentola.
Everything was done in a responsive and professional manner. I will definitely
go back if I decide to buy again or refinance. Very good rate also.

Its worse than the Nightmare Before Christmas, The Grinch and Scrooge...You would be better off dealing with Loan Sharks! My family will have no place to live as we broke our lease on 12/1/14 when told we would close 12/17. Its now 12/29 and guess what? No loan...This lender has duped us and it is at the cost of my family...extra commercial storage costs and a 500.00 a day fine from the builder for closing(HA HA) after 12/17 and 100.00 a day from my moving company. Plus to find a month to month rental in two days at 4000.00 a month...Think before you apply....

I received the cookie cutter response that they want to hear more of my nightmare and of course throw it on the back of my Mortgage Broker...I responded to the customer service email with a canned response back someone would contact me...Mmmm why would I think they would respond quickly as it didn't work with my loan..By the way I am now in the hole based on the added expenses over $10,000.00....
