Plant Schemes

The customer service at Plant Schemes is lacking. I had issues with my order and it took a long time to get a response from their support team. When I did get a response, they were not very helpful. It was frustrating and I don't think I will be purchasing from them again.

I had a mixed experience with Plant Schemes. While the plants I received were in good condition, the shipping took longer than expected. The customer service was helpful in resolving the issue, but the delay was still inconvenient. Overall, I would recommend Plant Schemes, but be prepared for potential shipping delays.

I had an average experience with Plant Schemes. The selection of plants was good, but the customer service could be improved. The staff was not very knowledgeable and seemed disinterested in helping. Overall, it was an okay experience, but not great.
