Still under construction (interior), no shelter for parking vehicles, not so good food court, decent enough though, can't pay with cash or card, need Ratha card which is a bummer. Wait time is long for lifts. Unable to access the service road for commuters. High traffic spot.

Very bad maintenance... No good parking.. cafeteria stinks most of the times due to seawage leakage.. Offices are maintained OK... You will have to purchase Ratha smart card to even purchase a tea or coffee (no cash/card allowed at cafeteria)..
