very nice people who work here, and they always answered my questions on time.
The reason im giving this place two stars is because they completely waste your time. You have to take a test before they determine who they want to have on the show. Once you turn your paper in, they will score it and automatically know if you made it to the next level or not. Instead they make you wait with others, then they make you introduce yourselves and make you wait 5 more minutes just to tell you that you didnt make it. you also have to sign two long pages online before you even come in, which is completely pointless. It doesnt effect anything, again just wasting your time.
Parking here is pretty annoying as well. As you ride by you might miss it because it looks like its attatched to the laundry place next to it, which you cant park there. You also have to pay for parking. So while they waste your time you also waste money.
Not to mention, taking the test is also kind of pointless, seeing as people who made it on the show and 'passed' the quiz, aren't as good as you thought. Meh.

Some of these responses on here are a result of sour grapes. The process that everyone went through was a normal process that will be done anywhere else. I was treated with nothing but kindness and respect when I was there. The have the right to choose, like or select whomever they want or need. I look forward to interacting with them again.

Just finished an audition with them - J.R. was a delight. I sucked on what was needed in the answer catagory, making me totally ineligible, but it was still such a pleasant experience. I hope to have an opportunity with them again.
