We started working with Olena and her programmers around June of 2008. They developed and implemented a world class CRM software program for us to allow our staff to do quotes and keep items in a database that was editable by our staff for our website updates, as well as all of the customer information. The sites organic traffic increased substantially, to the range of 700,000 to 900,000 organic users yearly, with a low bounce rate (about 30% to 38%), and time on site average of roughly two to three minutes, sometimes longer. We have been very impressed with their programmers skills , and we were able to use programs they built for over 10 years without major updates. They also created the mobile versions of our websites.
