I have received several products from here and they are high quality friendly staff too

We've been shopping at Pickworths for a few years now and we will continue to do so. The customer service is outstanding and so are their products. All of the staff are very friendly, very knowledgeable about the products they sell and what we really like is that they let you browse at your leisure. Nothing is to much trouble and the ordering and delivery processes have been hassle free.

I bought 2 duresta sofas for them they gave me a very competitive price, and took a great deal of time & care to get my specific requirements the style of sofa fabric type and so on, when they arrived there was
a very small mark on one of the back cushions, when i phoned them they were back in minutes, &
took the cushion back to duresta had it fixed, and back to me within a few hours,

Very helpful staff in showroom let you browse at your leisure only too happy to help and advise. I've been shopping at Picworths for years and thanks to them my house in Beautiful. I only deal with independents because they give you a proper service.

After a nightmare with DFS earlier in the year, we went to this cracking local shop, from start to finish they have been very very impressive. Mike especially was very patient and helpful, sofa delivered today as promised. Great quality and price, cannot recommend them enough.

Will definitely be using them again.

Very very nice furniture shop. Lots of handmade items, especially wooden furniture.

Staff are excellent and not pushy for you to buy things.

I frequently visit and have bought some excellent pieces from the shop. Definitely worth a visit. Much better and more personalised/special pieces than most "chain" furniture shops.

They also provide delivery for larger items.

We have purchased a few item over the years from Pickworth Furnishing and alway found that they sold good quality furniture at competitive prices accompanied with excellent customer service. 18 months ago we took delivery of a pair of leather sofa's , one of which was a twin electric recliner. Unfortunately a month ago one of the recliners ceased working. We contacted Pickworth's and spoke to Micheal explaining to him the problem. Micheal arranged for an engineer to call at our home and rectify the problem. he then recontacted us to check that the sofa had been repaired to a satisfactory standard. The service was outstanding and I doubt that the likes of Harveys, DFS, etc would have been as helpful!

We bought 3 items of furniture from Pickworths. We received wonderful service and great value.
We are delighted with the quality of our purchases and will definitely be going back for more furniture in the future.

I have been purchasing furniture and orniments from Pickworths for many years. My first purchase was a Stompa bed for my son 24 years ago which is still in use. My lounge suite looks as good today as it did when I purchased it 5 years ago. Pickworths is a lovely family business, everyone is polite and welcoming. I have always received excellent quality and service. Highly recommended.

I have traded with Pickworth Furnishings for years. Their furniture is of excellent quality and reasonably priced. Mike has given fabulous customer service over the years, where nothing is too much. I cannot speak high enough of Mike and his team. The best shop around.

I bought a reclining chair from this store, they were friendly and very helpful. I made two trips to the store before choosing the right one, and never felt pressurised to make a purchase. Mike was very helpful (and patient) and in the end got a lovely chair at a great price. I would whole heartedly recommend this store.

Recently purchased a Sherborne rise and recliner chair for my elderly mother, having used Pickworths previously it was the first place I visited to check out their range. The staff are so friendly and attentive, it s like having a personal shopper. I had taken my mother (who has dementia) with me to view the options and try before we buy - the staff were very inclusive and treated her like royalty, their product knowledge is second to none. If you want a personal, unrushed (particularly welcome given my mother s condition) and informative service with a large range of high quality furniture and accessories then Pickworths is your place, One word of advice - if there s anything you re after that you can t see, or if you re after a similar item to what you do find but maybe want a different finish or version do not be afraid to ask! These guys are amazing.

Very nice furniture shop, got some quality items in here at prices that are pretty reasonable. Obviously not as cheap as IKEA, but not the same as there either

We paid a visit to this store in the early part of 2018, we were not looking for anything particular, however a display cabinet caught our attention , the service we received was unquestionable and it made us want to to return as we were doing a complete refresh of 2 rooms.
We purchased several items and the service / helpfulness and attention to meeting customer expectations has been a wonderful experience.
The quality of items they have available is truly fabulous and advice is offered when requested , their expertise and knowledge is invaluable and clearly demonstrates why the have received such favourable comments from other customers and have maintained customer retention & loyalty for many years.

When not knowing if a particular item would be suitable for our home, they were extremely helpful once again and gave us the option to try any items without any commitment to purchase.
I would have no hesitation whatsoever in returning for any other items of furniture / decor from this business and both myself and my partner wish them continued success.
