Our stay at Phils Residency was very pleasant. Its location is a short distance away from Fortkochi dead end. Staff behaviour was very indifferent. We loved our stay in this property and would recommend it to anyone. All good and perfect... staffs are so friendly and helpful, The location of the property is perfect for people who are looking to connect with nature. Bed and everything in room were comfortable and hygiene. Excellent location with the best of comforts. Really had a very good time.
Very good property, Actually its a villa, we were 7 persons, booked 2 suits, each suit with 2 rooms, neatly and cleanliness was appreciated, manager guided and supported for local sight seeing.
Place is fine for a small group to enjoy... total privacy assured...More enjoyable if A/c or cooler available in the side room of the hall....worth for the payment made for the hall rent.
Stayed one night at this place with my family. Its a serviced apartment. Rooms were quite big and comfortable. Staff were super friendly & had a good stay. Recommendable.
