As many others have already described: Baxshop is disappointing. An hour by phone on hold, logistical issues that go wrong, and arrogance and laborious cooperation at the counter. No more bax shop for me, but one of the competitors.
Ordered online some month ago. Several times it was promised that he would come in the next day. Feel ripped off by bax music. Wish and Aliexpress are more reliable and provide better customer service than this company.
