La experiencia fue muy frustrante desde el inicio. El equipo de ventas, la experiencia de usuario, los procedimientos dejan mucho que desear. Hacen que el cliente pierda mucho tiempo para algo que es muy simple. Cuando vas a la pagina y quieres establecer un servicio con ellos se demoran mucho en responder. La empresa de TIGO en ese sentido tiene un equipo de ventas superior que trabaja incluso los feriados y domingo. En Personal, para un extranjero es una pesadilla. Te piden contrato de alquiler, no les basta con los papeles en trámite de residencia. Aunque en el edificio ya había conexión de Personal de fibra óptica, lo cual era poner la caja del router y configurar, muy fácil de hacer, se demoraron días asi como problemas al cargar documentos, aprobarlos y dar la respuesta. Cuando se les llama, te dejan esperando. Cómo se pueden jactar de ser la mejor empresa de Paraguay si hay tanta ineficiencia y pérdida de tiempo en todo sentido. Muy mal! Deberían evaluar y mejorar sus procesos.
