Despite all the bad reviews I think my load was unloaded on US average..1.5 to 2 hrs....all docks were full but 1...that was my dock...they have 15 docks for reefers...every 10 min it seemed a truck was complete...so nobody was there to long on 7/1/20..peoplewere cool...no complaints..pretty decent PFG!!

I honestly wish there was a zero star rating, 10 pallets took, 30 minutes to unload but they will not give me a signed bol until it is checked in, its been over 3 hours now and all they say is "we will call you when we finish!" I am standing here watching as they break down ever pallet and rework the load onto about 30 pallets! This is completely unacceptable practice and waste time for drivers. The worst part is the lumpers get paid huge amounts for this and don't seem to really care at all.

parking on the street (i arrived around 1am). If you have a 5:30am appt, there is a guy at the entrance to their docks that can tell you what door you can back into depending on what you are hauling (i think he gets in around 5am) and then at 5:30 you can go check into receiving and tell them what door you are in (by dock 11). Lumper lady was really nice and If you are luck enough to be considered 3rd party, she will stamp your bills and give them back to you when you check in. Just watch the light at your dock (red then green), once you get a green light you can leave, you don't have to wait for them to break down and receive your load. Tight docks, if you have trucks on both sides but doable. I guess it just depends on what type of load you have for these guys.

The receptionist is a older, rude, she's always right, prude. The customer service, or general service by anyone that works in the office is deplorable. It's a surprise that anything gets done. And if a driver delivering to this or delivering from this place hits you, good luck. The incompetent people here are the worst I've ever interacted with. You should start fresh with people concerned with customers versus the filth that's here now.

Absolutely horrible. Very tight. If you deliver on a Sunday be prepared to wait. Arrived at 0530 for a 6am apt. Was 6th in line. Got a door. (On Sunday the docks are crowded with pup trailers of the daycab drivers...

Took 5 hours for them to start unloading....

Avoid if possible...

If you hauling lettuce be READY to spend 8+ hours, theyll unload you pretty fast its the wait time for them to inspect it that take forever, apparently they check every single one of them. And i had full trailer of lettuce. Its 1pm now and im still waiting my appt was at 5:30. So keep that in mind.

Do not do business with these people if at all possible, they are thieves and they are crooks, they charged $450.00 to unload a truck with everything on skids and no extra work involved, I will be reporting them to the attorney general and the better business bureau, stay clear of these lying thieves

Well I got here at 12:15 with 12:30 appointment.
Now I have 1 pallet (60) cases.
And 2 pallets who need to be moved due to a rejection off previous stop.
The lumper service here charged $240 to unload my 60 cases. This lumper service here nothing but thieves and very very slow
It is definatly a horrible place to go. And maybe shippers need to consider maybe deliver the product to a nearby SYSCO instead. And let this lousy place order it from them.
To bad I had to give 1 star to write this review
It's not even worth that. But at least hire another lumper service. It is now 2 hours past appointment time and they still did not even start on this 1 pallet. The lumper service here is south east unloading. To me the most worthless unloading service in the country

I would give it less if possible. Got here at 1030am
In the door right a way as I only had one pallet. The finish unload and it then proceeds to take the received another 1hr and 45mins to get me paperwork. In my opinion burn this place to the ground we would all be better off!

I CANT GIVE 0. No OVERNIGHT PARKING on street because of all of their trailers STAGED up and down the street. If you find a spot you will be lucky. CHECKED IN @0700 for a 1030am appointment. Told me to come back at 0900. I got a door then I didn't get unloaded until 4PM that afternoon. To top it off I was charged $635.00 unload fee for lumper. This place has port o potty outside of shipping. Check in by door 11 and make sure to be ready to sit and wait

Had a 7:30 a.m appt and I checked in at 6a.m. with no problem. Docks are a lil tight but if you can drive you will have no problem getting in to a dock. Check in service was great. I will deliver her again.. now I'm going home to enjoy the weekend.. #PFGrocks

Last of 4 stop so 1/4 of load charged $380. That's more than 3 times the amount of the other 3 stops. Been here 4 1/2 hours so far and still don't have paperwork. And true you better have your A game backing skills with you. Total f###ing joke. This place should be boycotted by all trucking companies. I know MY truck won't ever be back

Appointment was ast 7 am. Arrived on time. It took until 2:30 for them to get me unloaded. Then I waited another 30 minutes after green light for "call" to get paperwork. Never got call, so I went in to speed things up. Truckers DO NOT HAVE ALL DAY. We have other loads to get to. Hopefully detention pay will get someone's attention and things will start to change. Complain to your brokers and dispatchers. These loiading and unloading times are just ridiculously out of hand.

Appt was at 10:00, got here at 7:30, was told to come back at 10:00. Checked back in at 9:50, didn't get a door till 12:30 It's now 1:50 and they still have yet to touch my trailer. Maybe cause it's Monday, but never the less,,,, SLOW AS F***.. This place is tight,, really tight.. no truck staging area.

WARNING: THIS FACILITY IS NOT BUILT FOR 53' TRAILERS. MAKE SURE YOUR BACKING SKILLS ARE UP TO PAR. Tight in and out but doable. I was held up at my previous delivery and arrived three and half hours late, still got a door immediately. Be prepared to take a nap in the dock like every other refrigerated storage facility in America.

My only experience with this company is limited to being ran off the road when the drive made a dangerous lane change and no turn signal. However, I know what company I'll never use because of this.

I hate writing bad reviews, but this place is bad. Really bad. First there s no room to park on there property and limited street parking. They will not give you a door number or even tell you when they get an open door. They tell you to stage where you can see the doors and grab one when it becomes available. Only problem is there s no where you can stage to see the doors. It is a cluster.
