Performance Excellence Network: Driving Organizational, Individual, and Community Excellence
The Performance Excellence Network (PEN) is a non-profit organization that has been at the forefront of driving excellence in organizations, individuals, and communities for over 30 years. PEN's mission is to help organizations achieve their full potential by providing them with the tools and resources they need to improve their performance.
PEN offers a wide range of services to its members including training programs, workshops, conferences, networking events, and consulting services. These services are designed to help organizations improve their processes and systems so that they can achieve better results.
One of the key areas where PEN focuses its efforts is on organizational excellence. This involves helping organizations develop a culture of continuous improvement where everyone in the organization is committed to achieving excellence. PEN provides training programs on topics such as leadership development, strategic planning, process improvement, customer service excellence and more.
Another area where PEN excels is in individual excellence. The organization offers a variety of professional development opportunities for individuals who want to enhance their skills or advance their careers. These opportunities include workshops on communication skills, project management certification courses as well as leadership development programs.
Finally, PEN also works towards community excellence by partnering with local businesses and non-profit organizations to drive economic growth in the region. The organization provides support for community initiatives such as workforce development programs or education initiatives aimed at improving literacy rates among children.
PEN's commitment towards driving organizational performance has earned it recognition from various industry bodies including the Baldrige Performance Excellence Program which awarded it with a Silver Award for its commitment towards promoting organizational performance through innovation and continuous improvement.
