This place sucks. Temps are told they ll be hired in 3 to 6 months. Some have worked more than a year and are still not hired.
I work for SMX temp and they terminated my file becouse employees through the actrully company did not like me. Becouse I reported them for not training me . Standing around talking to friends or on there cell phones some employee were even seeing drugs on break in the parking lot on 2nd shift and I reported this as well and the pentair staff and temps did nothing about it! The trainers on 2nd shifts are rude and unprofessional and usally don t help and are slow which makes it look like your not learning or doing a good job I would not recommend this job for anyone who has self respect !
