Rachel Quinn has been incredibly responsive, helpful and an amazing service provider. We started working with Rachel during the quoting process and she made the process simple and straight forward. Even after service started she was available when I had questions with service. She has been wonderful to work with and we would highly recommend her and penn waste!

Too lazy to pick up the recycles that fell out of can that blew over from either wind (mother nature), or passing traffic. Clearly just left it there. Told they can't step on our property, but these are not technically on our property as our property stops at the tar line. This is just pure lazy! windy day and we will just leave it there. This is the the first time we have had issues with Penn. When I call, they tell me I need to stand with the cans until picked up, or make a structure to hold the cans there. ummm, NO! I normally am at work on a Monday, but today I am WFH. I happened to watch the whole thing happen. They are a joke of a company. Lazy drivers and "pick up" people.

I wanted to give a shout out here because it is not often you get good customer service anymore. That is why I chose to highlight Rachel Quinn who I have had the pleasure of connecting with and having experienced her professionalism. She exemplifies what a great customer experience should be. She is knowledgeable and bends over backwards to get answers and to educate so I could make an informed decision. So glad people like her still exist even in big companies. And of course the service provided was above and beyond. So refreshing.

Using Penn Waste for roughly a year, they miss a pickup at least once every month. It's been getting worse, they skipped 3 weeks and when they decided to pickup they only took one waste can and one recycling after telling us to set extra out. I recommend any other service over them.

Penn Waste doesn t follow state mandated recycling guidelines. My daughters recycle tote was taken by penn waste and not replaced, she has made numerous phone calls but no one does anything so all recycling now going in the trash! I m sure many other customers have same problem!! No customer service at all!!!
