Pender Nursery

I am a low volume customer for 3 years and have always been over the moon with the plants I purchase at Pender and the outstanding customer service provided. Today, I felt taken advantage of. The three gallon size Wiltoni plants were barely 1 gallon size planted in a three gallon container. The lantana were sold online as one gallon size but are actually in what I suspect is a two quart container. The Blue Points were healthy nice plants but sold in a 2 gallon pot. plant. The plant size was appropriate for the pot size but not 3 gallon. I politely asked if they would provide me a token discount but was literally told that if I didn't want them, someone else would buy them. Wow! I am sadly dissappointed in the low value product I recieved today and the lack of concern expressed by the office. I had to take what they had because of a weekend project. Hindsight, I wish I had not.

Very knowledgeable staff. Great service. Quality of plants is usually good.

Plant material was excellent quality and their nursery lot staff was excellent to work with. George ran the extra mile to accommodate us. He was a hard worker and paid attention to detail. Very pleasant and kind.

I have had a great experience with Lindsay, she was so helpful Putting a series of orders together for me as well as being smooth and professional. I will continue to do business with them.

20 year customer. Can always find the right plants for my projects here and usually something I didn t know I needed too.
