I had high expectations, but my experience fell flat. The service lacked attention to detail, and it felt like my concerns were overlooked. Communication was also a challenge, making it difficult to get the answers I needed. While the concept is appealing, the execution didn’t quite deliver. 😕 I hope they can improve in the future!
