Consistently fantastic. I always order the 5 piece tenders tossed in Buffalo and they're always tender and juicy

I don't say this often, but: better than Chick-fil-A. (Exception: the fries are good, but no one else is that good. And the lemonade isn't quite as good.) But when it comes to fried chicken, this place is phenomenal.

Not really a fan of pdq's I think that just another overpriced Chick-fil-A and I know I'm going to take a lot of heat on this one cuz there's so many Chick-fil-A lovers out there including my wife and she's going to hate me for this but I just don't get it is like the Popeyes now with the chicken sandwiches everyone is going crazy over it's just chicken

Best fast food for chicken ever and don't forget the zucchini fries.

I used to be a big fan of this place when they first opened, but in the last couple of years their quality control has gone steadily down hill. Finally today after checking my drive thru order and seeing that there was a laughably small amount of chicken on the crispy chicken salad I ordered (see photos), I walked into the restaurant and asked what the deal is. The manager explained that "the standard amount of chicken for the salad is 10 - 1 inch long pieces, or roughly 2 tenders per corporate policy". He also said that the standard used to be 3 tenders. I asked if they lowered the price as part of this new policy and he said no. He said that the policy wasn't under his control, and was nice enough to add extra chicken to the salad. I left without checking the rest of my order and came home to find that the buffalo bleu sandwich that I ordered had a similar issue. As you can see from the picture the two tenders on my sandwich were about equivalent to a single tender ordered on the side. Given that we've had this same issue the last 5 or so times that I've gotten take-out from this place, is the name "People Dedicated to Quality" supposed to be ironic?

Fast friendly service food is very good, and it's hot the sauces are very good I highly recommend the place. Drive thru has fast turnaround on customer service and inside store is very clean, kitchen, dinning room and restrooms facilities!

Chicken lover's type of restaurant. Desserts are great.

Unfortunately an item was missing from my drive through order, and I returned. The manager made it right immediately and apologized. Great service.

Healthy choices. Wish there were more salad choices. With only 4 choices not much variety if you frequent much....

My family and I use to go to pdq a lot. But not anymore due to prices being higher and portion sizes seem to be smaller. I have a large family and can't see paying such a high price for such little food when I can go to a nicer restaurant and pay just a tiny bit more and get a lot of food. Yesterday when we stopped in at PDQ the fries tasted stale and the girl at the drive thru window was more focused on chit chatting with another worker than taking our order. Really sad because PDQ use to be one of my favs.

The food was really good and the service was super fast!!! The line in side and drive thru was long but they got the food out quickly and it was good and hot!! Great team at PDQ

We love love love the food at PDQ- the chicken strips, dips, apple slices with toffee dip and also the strawberry milkshakes. We miss this restaurant when we are out of the area. A lot!

Only catch is that the parking at this location is limited and it is very popular. Neighbors can be difficult about parking near their places so don't park if it says not to (we saw them call cops to ticket someone parking in front of their place!)

I've never tried this place and I pass it frequently, then a party we went to had it catered. Now I'm a frequent customer. No it's not the best chicken place and yes it's a tad pricey, but it's good and fast service. Hardly a wait every time I go.

My meal was fresh and quickly brought to my table. The Cali Chicken meal was filling and tasty. Good food!

I have enjoyed my few visits at PDQ that I have had. Thankfully I have not had a bad experience yet with an incorrect order or a hair-in-my-food experience. So far I have tried their grilled chicken sandwiches, and the buns are beloved. The prices are pretty reasonable, but unfortunately for active military and veterans, they only give military discount on Mondays.

Awesome food, staff and great customer service especially those military and law enforcement and first-responders.

I really like PDQ. This time around the chicken have a funny taste. Which was weird bc I've never had a problem with them before. But this was my 1st time at this location.

PDQ's tenders are a bit larger than others. Fries were cooked to order. Service was fast and friendly. The lemonade and cookies were homemade and were good. Nice change up from zaxbys/foosacklys/raising canes.

So when they are busy the dont check the food orders. I showed the girl the receipt twice and she still didnt get it right. I ordered 4 tenders , 2 kids nugget meals, fries, and asked for sauce, 2 different flavors. I got 1 packed of each sauce with all that food....after paying $20+ it was just not a good experience. They need to slow down and pay attention. And not look at me crazy as if I'm the one who did something wrong, I just want my order right!

Great food but they frequently forget to give you the dipping sauce when you go through the drive thru.

It's a very cool place to eat at the service is great the food is freshly made fast .

his is my go-to for fast food. It's the tastiest and healthiest option with a drive thru.

Their chicken tenders are amazingly tender, not loaded with sodium, MSG, and other preservatives like their nearby competitor. Seriously, check the ingredients for yourself.

They have the best sauces that are made fresh on site. The spicy buffalo blue and creamy garlic are my favorites. The best dressing is the chili lime vinaigrette. Drinkably good!

Last but not least, they have the best Greek salad I've ever had from a fast dining establishment. It's loaded with fresh ingredients including a scoop of hummus.

Staff is always super friendly and lines move along nicely. Platters are great for parties too. Love this place!

Good stuff, they need a better parking lot. There's no safe way to get on the lot from busy Street, when they're busy.

Great option on Sundays when Chic-fil-A is closed. Not a lot of options but everything i have had has been good. Will keep coming back....

Food took about 25 minutes, and when it arrived some of the food was not what was ordered. They were very understanding and credited entire order.

On military Mondays (first Monday of every month), military gets 50% off their order. I don't care for the seasoning they use, but really like their zucchini fries. Similar to Chick-fil-a.

Turkey at very center was suspect but otherwise good stuff

Really enjoy PDQ food and the fast service. This location is no exception. Love the seasonal shakes as well.

Great food, but it it takes a while to make good food from scratch...

The cashiers are helpful the fries are crispy and full of flavor and the sweet tea has a nice bite to it.

The food and service were very good and the restaurant was clean.

Staff acted clueless then gave me a completely different total than I was first told so I canceled my order and left. First and last visit.

A lot have changed since since Covid-19. First time back to PDQ since before corona. Glad that you haven't closed like some have due to the pandemic. Learned that the regular fries are gone and now have waffle fries only . Are the wire baskets coming back
