I had a rather underwhelming experience with the service provided. The communication was slower than expected, leading to some confusion regarding my formation process. Additionally, the resources promised were not as comprehensive as I had hoped. 📉 It felt like I was often left in the dark, lacking the support I anticipated. I think there are definitely areas that need improvement. 🌧️
