i can't understand .HR why she don't accept OPT, H4EAD, L1 ,H1,ETC..
Really it was very very hurting me ..last year only the reason visa ..please encourage talent people ..HR always supported citizenship..
we have great knowledge ,we have families,we have financial issues
It will allow me to work , my career will not get spoiled, my self confidence will come back.. I will have my social identity , I will be able to contribute to the society. I will have a life apart from my personal life. I really wish this change happens.please please accept visa and encourage them...thank you!!
