Pathnostics

Pathnostics has been tremendous. They do our pathology, urine cultures and Covid testing. Turnaround times are excellent. Our rep Melissa Dash-Crooks is truly awesome. She is easy to contact and responds quickly when we need her.

We have been using Pathnostics for COVID testing since early on in the pandemic. We never have a shortage of tests and our results come back within 48 hours which is a plus as results at other places can take up to 5 days. It is reassuring to know that we can continue to provide care to our patients without delay in these uncertain times. Our rep Donny Tollefson goes above and beyond to make sure we are well stocked and he is always available to help.

Truly the worst service of any business of any kind I've ever experienced. Particularly terrible because this transaction was of a medical and time sensitive nature. Whomever was in charge of my case was dishonest and then belligerent. The fed ex employee was to coordinate the drop off and pick up of an envelope that ultimately would be delivered to a laboratory. This employee was unable to do the job and ruined the test results. It's still unresolved.

Having Pathnostics Covid-19 testing available in-office has been a useful tool in providing exceptional care for our patients and staff. The kits make testing effortless.
