To contractors, and vendors, I would avoid this company like the plaque.
They contacted me, to examine a process and see if it meets codes. They ask for a price, I do, they give me a purchase order.

I was called into meetings, that did not fit the scope in the proposal. I spent time reviewing the requirements, and answering their questions on all aspects of engineering.. I spent my time thinking this would be a good place to work for, and nurture the clients.

I finally was able to see the process I was to work on, site visits .
I reviewed, put together a preliminary report. I supplied it to my contact.

He was then told not to go any further, and stop work. Terminated my contract. I provided them with a invoice for my time, under the original proposal, and scope, and purchase order.

My contact was leaving the company, and left, no one to help paying for my work, and time. My contact left.

The first email I received concerning my invoice was a direct no we are not paying you for anything,

It has been 6 months, they send the odd email to me. But no results.

I have never seen a cent for my services, consultant, and they are just a delinquent company who does not pay their bills.,

On my clients behalf I was told that the company had just been purchased by another company, It is a strong possibility that I have fell through the cracks in the transition, or peoples ambition to show the new company owners they have potential. In it as it may, I am still trying to get payment.

I did enjoy or was enjoying working with these people, it was a surprise that they pushed so hard for non payment at the beginning, I hope I still get paid. I was open for negotiation but the time taken for this resolution, is beyond the work that was done,. The time, hours, tied up was probably beyond the actual contract. amount.
