Poor maintenance.
Restaurant's menu is unappetizing.
Kids playground is somehow unsafe. They use "Little Tikes" brand, but the condition is horrible. Swings are not safely bolted to ground, torn plastic surface with sharp edges, not to mention the dirty and loose playhouses.
