Had a smooth transition during my lease renewal process thanks to Alyssa Ortiz. She addressed any concerns I had and made sure I got a great deal on my Honda HRV Sport. When I had a question, she answered it quickly and always very pleasant and professional. She also made sure most of the administrative stuff was taken care of before I went to pick up the car. So pick up day was 1-2-3. It was a pleasure working with Alyssa and I would highly recommend her and Paragon Honda to anyone shopping for a new vehicle.
