Jeff Grillion managed my first refi. Super easy to deal with. He contacted me later when rates dropped, which was great because another refi for a lower rate was on my list anyway. He took care of all the administrivia (which I loath) and now, with having put in very little effort, I have a great rate. Super low stress experience all around. Was a God send.

Awesome company with employees who will go the extra mile for their clients. We were looking to refinance with a VA loan. Unfortunately, we were in an active misrepresentation of sales dispute with a vacations company and as a cause of that our credit score was dropping. Jeff Grillion guided us in aggressively seeking out a resolution after 5 months of getting nowhere. Needless to say, we reached the Board of the Vacation Rental company and in one week we had the resolution we were looking for.
