The food was delicious and the server was personable abd efficient. Their French onion soup was outstanding . We tried 3 different things and all of them were excellent. We had coconut chicken, jerked chicken and an Italian sub and all the sides were excellent. My husband also tried their potato salad which he says is the best he has ever had.

Oh my goodness. We found this place 3 weeks ago and have been here 4 times. I had the fried Haddock tonight. I have eaten the Prime Rib, Reuben and Corned Beef Hash...have yet to be disappointed. The new owner Tracey is great and Mehgan, our waitress, is the best.

Good Food (when order is correct) nice little place, service really needs working on (it could because I keep getting the same server) I am actually sitting outside this Fathers Day Sunday as I type this. I order my water while I head to a outside table. Waitress comes out to take the order and starts to walk away while I am still ordering, actually had her hand opening the door as I'm trying to explain how I would like my english muffin.I had this same server last time for lunch with my son and I had to get up 3 different times to get things I needed. I admit food is good, good price but when the service is what it is, is it worth it. Just rec'ed my food and it looks great, but no.. "Enjoy, "Will you need anything else" Etc.. Sad !!

Ordered two sandwiches online at 11 am. When I went in to pick it up at 1130, they said they never received the order. However, they pushed me to the front of the line and the server was so apologetic and kind. Her kindness made up for the mistake (which may not have been their fault, rather the website). The delay made us eat the sandwiches later than I'd have liked, so they were a little mushy from sitting (gyro and a chicken pesto sandwich). However, the flavor was there. I'll be back to give them a second chance for sure.

Great place to eat!! They offer everything that a deli has and did you know they serve great dinners! The staff and owner Tracy go out of their way to make this place a wonderfully clean and overall nice place to eat. Try it you will be pleasantly surprised!!!!

Very good! Everything was so fresh. Husband had a Italian hogie and he can be hard to please but loved his. Mine was meatball hoagie, both breads so fresh. Meatballs tasted home made and so did sauce. Im from up North but been in Florida since 78 have not tasted a sauce this good since 78! We will ne going back! Nice work Paradise!

My $.27 cup of ice will be the LAST purchase EVER made here. After getting $50 worth of take out leaving a $10 tip, I will gladly take my business elsewhere.
Food is mediocre at best, convenience to Sandoval was the only reason to go there in the first place.
I ll gladly pass

I seriously thought about walking out after I watched one of the food preparers scratching his scalp and rubbing his face repeatedly without gloves. I saw him pick up the cucumber salad with bare hands and put it in the bowl to serve to me! Gross! They obviously need to train their staff on food prep safety and hygiene. We won't be going back.

Okay the most adorable dog menu! I accidentally found this gem while dog sitting my neighbors dog. Stopped for coffee and found a doggie menu on my table outside at Paradise Deli. Isn't this so neat?! The fan was positioned perfectly so their was a breeze with no They had a dog dish with water automatically brought out for us. So I decided lets do breakfast! I ordered eggs and sausage for the dog and a ham cheese three egg omelette with home fries and toast is what I had. Everything was very good. Not greasy. Servicer was Lisa. She was fabulous with us both. We will be back again. I highly recommend bringing your four legged friend with you too!

My wife and I use to love this place but sadly the owners changed about a year ago. Food quality, cleanliness, and service has all but disappeared. Prices, however, have increased while the quality and portions have decreased. The new owner is not friendly or helpful and truly seems to care very little about taking care of customers.

Paradise Deli & Grill, Surfside Blvd, Cape Coral, Fl., Here is my 2 cents on the food and chatter.

I have found if you need a great breakfast or sandwich this is the eatery to come to.

My waffle are always done extra crisp as I ask. Eggs perfect over easy, biscuits light and fluffy.

Service is quick and attentive.

I never have had a bad experience yet.

DECEMBER 2018

Paradise Deli & Grill, Surfside Blvd., Cape Coral, Fl., Here is my 2 cents on the food and chatter.

Check out my photographs.

I decided to go here for breakfast. A good idea. I was able to have a waffle with the bacon inside. HHHMMMM good stuff.

I had house potatoes and eggs over easy.

Plus the coffee was delish.

Over all a grand experience.

Service was good.

First time here for breakfast will not my last.

Paradise Deli & Market, Surfside Blvd., Cape Coral, Fl. Here is my 2 cents on the food and chatter. I ordered Crunchy Hadhock Fish fry. 13 bucks. I got a mere 2 oz. of cole slaw & 2 oz. of potato salad.

The filet was about 8 oz. When I tried to cut it with my fork the crust broke off in chunks. I had to eat the fish and the fried batter separately. It tasted fine. But it is not cooked or prepared properly if the batter falls off the fish.

The slaw was just mediocre nothing to be impress. Tater salad was just potatoe with mayo and bare min-um of spices.

I thought with this being a feature item it would be their A game. I was wrong.

The best part of my meal was the excellent service

NOTE : Due to weather issues on the internet per CENTURY LINK pics will follow at a later date.

Well I have not found too many places here in SWFL that impresses me but my visit here did. It has been a hidden gem off my radar. I think people wish to keep it a secret.

My Reuben was damn good and the homemade potato chips were excellent. The chips were thicker than you find in the bags. You salt to your satisfaction. They were crisp not soggy. That put a smile on my face.

The Reuben on toasted rye bread. The pastrami seemed to be 3/4 to inch thick, with kraut and cheese. Along with a crunchy pickle spear on the side.

Its located in a mall off Surfside. Unless you live in the area you will probable never know it there. ( a Starbucks is nearby) Open for all 3 grazing periods. Give it a try. I will be back

The food is excellent. Sandwiches, sakads, you name it. I was recently very disappointed with the speed of serving it, but am taking only one star since it was so good when it did come. I would suggest to management just to keep an eye on efficiency since as a deli people have timing expectations. For anyone in the area hungry for a great deli, come on in to Paradise.

I ve never had a bad meal from here... and I go a lot. My go to is the coconut chicken basket with sweet potato fries. Everything I ve gotten is so fresh and good quality. If you go on a weekend morning, the wait will be long so keep that in mind. I usually do carry out and it s done within 15-20 minutes. I also recommend the chicken salad sandwich and croissant French toast.
There s a waitress there who is pregnant... can t remember her name. She is such a gem, always so kind.

Eh don't waste your time or money...sandwiches and fries both dry and very bland. Def would not spend any extra time and energy making a trip here. McDonalds or Dairy Queen is equivalent and less expensive. Plus very few wearing masks or seeming to care about others. Wont be back, sorry :-(

Had a late lunch with my family. My first time, but my wife has eaten there before amd enjoyed it. Our server explained the daily specials and made recommendations as well.

Honestly, one of the best tasting burgers I've had. Portions are big and we had zero complaints on the three plates we ordered.

Store is very clean and open and airy inside. Next time I will try a "deli" sandwich and see how they stack up against the other sandwich shops in the area.

All and all a good experience

Paradise was delicious. The staff was super friendly and the service was excellent. Mom had the Friday fish fry. It was a huge piece of well cooked fish. I had the New Yorker. It was ok, not my favorite. My brother had a Philly cheese steak and declared it great. The onion ring appetizer and the fried green tomatoes were fantastic. I will return to Paradise.

This spot is fantastic. I have personally been here for dine in for lunch and had a different sub each time. Today I had the Italian which was so delicious! Everything from the bread to the meat and tasty fries were fantastic. Our server was wonderful and I have had her before as well. My father in law had the cheese steak and he said it was wonderful. Super cozy to dine in and they have a ton of selections for sides in the glass case. It s in my list to come try the breakfast. Thanks paradise deli for a great lunch.

We were spending a few days in Florida and decided to stop by for lunch with the family. We purchased a grilled cheese sandwich for our 2 year-old, a turkey hoagie, and a coconut shrimp basket. Would likely come back.

Pros:
- Food portions were relatively large and the food was well made.

Cons:
- While the staff was very friendly, we felt that we spent a fair amount of time waiting (e.g. you tell the waiter you need one more minute to decide what to order and then wait 5 minutes for them to come back),
