Loving this little big locally owned company in PS! We are talking BIG like NYC to CA DATA TRANSPORT and LEGIT EVENT INTERNET! They do great Residential and Business Internet to but I'm writing this cause my Company held a high profile event in a historical Home out in Palm Springs and we needed FAST OPEN internet for a LIVE SHOW and they came out and set it all up for us and the event went on without a single digital hitch. Sound and steam was perfect and everyone was on the wifi during the show. Its cute how much they seem to care about this little SoCal community. Legit People, Friendly and Knowledgeable and it was so good I am using them to outfit for all my Coachella Valley properties for my renters. LEGIT.

I used Pacific Lightwave years ago. And I moved and was sad that they didn't service my new address. But I I moved again and have them back!!!!! The installation was super fast and the installer was very helpful! I will never leave them again unless I move to an area that they don't service. (The reason they couldn't service me the last time I moved is because a mountain was blocking the connection) . I highly recommend them. And the prices are very reasonable and the service is excellent!

Luis came to install the WiFi service and was amazing very knowledgeable awesome conversation and humor pacific light wave I will continue to be a customer cause of Luis and will definitely recommend my friends to pacific light wave and tell them to ask for Luis to install thanks guys Luis thumbs up and keep up the hard work.

Horrible customer service, the signal goes in and out without warning.

I have been trying to get a hold of anyone at Pacific lightwave, left messages with my phone number. It s been too long and no one has returned my calls.

Luis, the technician did the network for my work and than i asked about pricing and he explained clearly about what i asked. Highly recommended, request Luis as your technician

I had some reservations about trying Pacific Lightwave because of poor wireless providers in the past. Pacific Lightwave has consistently delivered their promised speeds and has well exceeded their uptime commitment. Even if you are apprehensive about trying wireless, give them a shot.

This company is great! Internet speed is much faster than Hughesnet. Also technician Ruis did the great job installing my internet. Thanks Ruis! Thanks Richard!

Hi,
I'm an exiting residential customer just outside Palm Springs. The internet service is very good, but their customer service at this point is not so good.
I had a problem getting back online at my home, after taking my laptop on biz, and reconnecting, once home.
I did call Richard, who was my original contact to get the service, he did answer my call. He referred me to a tech support #, where I left a message, waited 24 hrs. with no return call, not professional.

I called their regular #, was connected to tech support, left another message, and am waiting for a return call.
Now, this is at 5:05pm, so maybe they only have this support available during biz hrs.

I've had their service for a few years now. The customer service has greatly improved. The service has been extremely dependable in all weather conditions. I had an issue yesterday, Sunday evening and thought I would call and leave a message. Nope a real person answered, checked my issue and called me back. My brother has Spectrum and has not had internet service for 4 days now. He said he calls and just gets the automated run around. Plus this local company bills you there is no added charges or taxes to your bill. What they quote you is what you are charged. I really appreciate dealing with a local company.

So, far service has been great. I switched from Aero Surf where the customer service and reliability was not good. At Pacific Lightwave the customer service is top notch, and our connection is much more reliable and fast

So, I actually develop a bit of a problem with my equipment. But a problem is not actually a problem with Pacific lightwave, I called their tech support departmentand figured out that there tech support is actually on call. Meeting Lorenzo, got me more informed to what really was the problem and he explained exactly how that we're going to solve it. I couldn't be more satisfied with the service thank you guys

I switched from Time Warner to Pacific Lightwave. I'm so happy I made the change. The service is very dependable and the customer service is A+ too.

Pacific Lightware s powerful servers have helped us upload hours of commercial video footage in minutes to our New York and Los Angeles offices. We have utilized their service in Palm Springs and consider them an integral partner. Beyond the technology, the communication during the project was excellent. Looking forward to working with Pacific Lightware again soon!

We have lived in JT for 22 years and we have never had an internet speed over 3 mgs! With Pacific Lightwave we now have 25 plus mgs without interruption! They are fantastic! We highly recommend them! TO INFINITY AND BEYOND!

I run a busy eye care practice and have been a customer of Pacific Lightwave for over a year. Their service is much better than their competitors (been with both the big commercial providers). The service is fast and reliable. I can't recommend them enough. I was so happy with the experience and service that I switched my personal residence to using them.

Horable customer service no one ever answers the phone I m presently looking for better internet going too call Richard now and verbally complain but that s if he answers his phone

Pacific Lightwave just started offering service in this rural area (Joshua Tree) and I'm very glad they did. Their service is much better than anything that was available here before. It is also better than the cable service I had in LA. Very happy with this company.

I had the best experience with the pacific lightwave, for almost 3 years i had no internet cuz most of the internet providers in my area would would try to over charge me, 80$ for 5mbs plz, 43$ with pacific lightwave i get 15mbs. the price was just the beginning once i got to know the people, luis the man with the plan when everyone else told me you cant get internet he said give 30 mins. then there is richard if it wasnt for him i would have never had internet, he talked me through the whole process making it easy. ty you guys i really appreciate it

We have been customers for years and in the last 3 months the service has gone down multiple times and we could never get anyone on the phone for answers or help. I have given them enough chances. If you run a business do not take your chances

I just went with Fios...I don't expect great customer service from the big guys, but it typically takes 2-5 days to get a return call or email from Pacific lightwave. I only went with them because it was faster than the dsl I had at the time (no fios at my building then), but years later I find out that their is no expiration date on their contract and it's $354 to cancel it when you do.

If you don't have any high speed internet options in your area this is an option but there is very poor support. I guess I expect crappy customer service from Time Warner and Verizon, but am disappointed when it comes from another small business.

Just wanted to say that our installer, Brett was very professional, knowledgeable and polite. His installation was clean and neat.
As far as connectivity, Pacific Lightwave is a lot faster connecting to the Internet when working. I had issue after installation. Contacted tech support but so far been helpful but the issue still exists There's a possibility that it's a faulty equipment or wasn't pointed to their tower correctly..I will update once this pacific Lighwave resolve the issue

*****Here is my followup update. As mentioned, their IT support are amazing. They have been extremely helpful in resolving the connection issues. After a few weeks of working with me, they have narrowed down where the problem lies. They had installed an updated firmware on their system along with their tower by our area. I am now able to connect with minimal hiccup.. I tell you, It is much better than what we were experiencing. 98% better than it was. Kudos to Simon, Peter and Lorenzo. They are amazing. They respond to my email and phone call right away. I highly recommend Pacific Lightwave internet whether you live in the city or rural area like we do.. The help desk service is excellent. Thank you for resolving my connection issue.
