PACER Center is a non-profit organization that has been working tirelessly to improve the lives of children and young adults with disabilities for over 40 years. The center was founded in 1977 by parents of children with disabilities who were looking for ways to help their children succeed in school and life. Since then, PACER Center has grown into a nationally recognized organization that provides a wide range of services and resources to families, professionals, and communities.
The mission of PACER Center is to expand opportunities and enhance the quality of life for individuals with disabilities. They do this by providing programs and services that promote inclusion, independence, and self-advocacy. One of the key ways they achieve this mission is through their family programs.
PACER Center's family programs are designed to support families who have children or young adults with disabilities.
