I engaged this web design service expecting a seamless experience. The initial communication was promising, but as the project progressed, it became increasingly evident that deadlines were not prioritized. Updates were infrequent, and I often found myself following up for information that should have been readily available.
The final product fell short of my expectations, lacking the polish and creativity I was led to believe would be a part of the package. Overall, my experience did not meet my needs, and I would not choose this service again.
