I spent 7 hours yesterday in contact with OWMM technicians.(12:00pm- 700pm) I had a one time fix. I believe it has probably worked but will see as I use my MAC.

The main problem I had was understanding the tech's speech. It was very hard to type in codes, etc. because I just couldn't understand the accent. The tech's seemed to know what they were talking about but it took a lot repetition. I spoke with 4 different men, and had the same problem understanding them. I believe they were sincere and competent but the language barrier was Very difficult. The process seemed very long.(7 hours)

I am now questioning whether I might have been scammed. They at least wanted the one time fee ($250.00) I worry that I gave control of my Mac to the tech.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! DO NOT USE THEM. I went to Apple today and they are aware of this company and what they are doing. They put a pop up on my screen that I clicked. Then there was a warning screen that a virus was in my computer and I needed to call a computer tech. It said to not turn off my computer or I might loss everything. It gave the # of this company and they made their pitch which I believed. They want the one time clean up fee and maybe sell you anti-virus software.
They created the pop up and warning screen. The warning screen even had the Safari logo. There is nothing wrong with your computer or mine. Apple has checked my machine. Do not use them.
