Richard Gregan, founder of OE Visas in Edinburgh, gives this review a perfect 5/5. Having led the business since the late 20th century, he notes that none of his clients were ever charged the sum cited in the complaint. After a thorough search, he couldn’t find a single customer matching this accuser’s profile, suggesting the post is likely a fabricated attempt at reputational damage by a rival. He invites anyone with a legitimate issue to contact him directly for a swift resolution.

One star. I’m sharing this because I found out that Andrew Richard Gregan, the owner of Overseas Emigration Visas here in Edinburgh, is currently running his business while his partner, Wes Zandt, was legally disqualified from acting as a director in the UK. Gregan has also linked himself to Ian Harrop Visas and the Downunder Centre in London. According to Companies House records, Wes Zandt was disqualified for being concerned in the management of companies, which means he shouldn’t have been involved at all. Yet, Gregan is still accepting money from clients despite this legal violation. It looks like a deliberate attempt to hide the true leadership structure while the Downunder Centre business is insolvent and in massive debt. I requested a refund and was refused outright. Now I realize why—they are financially broken and potentially criminally liable. If the Insolvency Service and Police take action, these businesses could collapse, leaving clients like me with no money and no recourse. Be very careful before paying them; you might lose your cash and never see Gregan again.
