I had a rather underwhelming experience. The shipment took longer than expected, and customer service felt a bit unresponsive when I reached out for updates. The quality of the frames is decent, but not as impressive as I hoped based on the website descriptions. 📦😕 I expected more attention to detail, especially for the price point. Overall, it didn't meet my expectations.
