The experience left much to be desired. Communication was lacking, leading to misunderstandings that impacted the overall service. While the initial interaction seemed promising, the follow-through was not satisfactory. Quality did not meet expectations, and timelines were not adhered to, causing inconvenience. There’s a need for improvement in both customer engagement and service delivery.
