Good experience with OSI, even though I did not need their services they were professional enough to guide me on the phone about what they could do and why I should not pursue the matter. I would highly recommend them.

We have been using OSI for criminal records checks for the past 5 years and are proud to recommend them to any company requiring thorough background investigations and applicant screenings. They have always delivered what we need and they do it fast. We trust OSI to find out if a potential hire has a criminal record, any history of drug use, known
aliases, convictions, arrests, prison terms, outstanding warrants, etc. They use their extensive network of local connections to look into police records, court records, and other similar sources which must be a challenge to access in a developing country like the Philippines.

OSI handles the information they find in a professional way, ensuring that we remain compliant with applicable employment laws. Aside from criminal records checks, we also rely on OSI for routine background checks when we simply want to find out about a potential hire s educational information, address, employment history, and so on. They also provide professional license verification services, reference checks, and more virtually everything we need to ensure that we are hiring a trustworthy individual. OSI has become an integral part of our human resource team, and they have designed custom background investigation systems for our specific requirements.

Managing human resources in a call center industry can be extremely challenging; after all, the average job turnover rate in this field is approximately 45 percent. We are constantly looking for new inbound customer service representatives and simply don t have the time nor the resources to perform our own corporate background checks. OSI has made this part of the hiring process tremendously easier for us. They have designed a detailed corporate background check system for all our new hires, so we are always protected from fraudulent applicants. We believe this is a huge challenge in developing countries in Southeast Asia, including the Philippines, where one could simply purchase fake diplomas
and even transcripts from local universities.

OSI offers comprehensive corporate background checks services, including education checks, criminal and civil records checks, detailed in depth checks, employment and education history validation, and more. Being based in the Philippines, OSI s highly experienced and qualified team has a Philippine-wide, on-the- ground presence. They are able to truly provide reliable results and risk analysis because of their network of
connections. We are extremely satisfied with their background check services and are happy to recommend them to other companies. OSI is no doubt committed to providing their clients with comprehensive and professional background investigative information, and criminal records checks.
