Don’t do business with these people. I’ve been a tenant for over 2 years now and they will take zero responsibility for their properties falling apart. If anything goes wrong they want you to fix it on your dime. They just collect your money and shirk any responsibility. The latest is the overhead door coming apart. Even though it was pointed out to me that the bottom of the door was all bent up when I rented it and now the screws are stripped and falling out according to them it’s my responsibility.
